(DM)The Defence Ministry yesterday restricted entry of all organisations and public individuals to the Vavuniya IDP camps.
The Media Centre for National Security said in a statement that many organisations and individuals have requested permission from the Ministry of Defence to enter the Vavuniya Menik Farm IDP Welfare Village. However, the officials working within the camp have informed the Ministry that due to outside persons many problems have arisen which hindered their progress. Full text
