(TH)COLOMBO: French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner and British Foreign Secretary David Miliband called on Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Wednesday and exchanged views on the condition of the two lakh civilians sheltered in temporary government camps.
