(defence.lk)The Seva Vanitha Unit (SVU) of the Ministry of Defence yesterday (Feb 10) donated a wheelchair to seven-year-old Naduni Imalka, the only child of a soldier with born disability. Chairperson of the SVU, Mrs. Ioma Rajapaksa made the donation at the Horagasmulla Primary School, Minuwangoda where little Imalka is schooling at present. The SVU also presented a bag of school equipment to Imalka who is very keen in studies despite her disability. Full Text
