(defence.lk)Test-Firing of the two LTTE 130 mm guns captured recently was conducted Wednesday (25) after they were repaired at the SLEME (Sri Lanka Electrical & Mechanical Engineers) workshop and the Artillery Brigade. The two artillery guns were found by the 5 VIR (Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment), attached to 533 Brigade on 16th February 2009 while they had been kept buried deep down in Puthukudiyirippu area.
