The rise and fall of a good TV channel

(TI)During the desert storm in Iraq, CNN became the most sought-after news channel for moderately unbiased reporting. This was mainly due to the effort of Mr. Peter Arnet, who was holed up with the civilians in Baghdad. As a result we could see the other side of the story and CNN became the most favoured news channel in the world during that period. However, soon after the war ended, Mr. Arnet was hounded out and completely disappeared from the screen. His only sin was factual reporting of the Iraqi point of view. Full text
