Provide no-strings help, now

(TGM)The only innocents in Sri Lanka's war have been the civilians. Not just these past few months - when the West fully realized what was happening - but for more than 25 years.

In that time, there have been suicide bombers, the silencing and the death of moderates, excessive government retaliation, the relocation of whole villages for political reasons, jingoism and abundant nationalism.
