(DM)CHENNAI: Following the defeat of the LTTE, focus is shifting to the task of rebuilding Sri Lanka and the plight of Tamil refugees in India. National security advisor M K Narayanan's meetings with chief minister M Karunanidhi on two consecutive days last week has also added to the seriousness of the Lankan situation after Prabhakaran's death. No communique has been forwarded from the office of the chief minister to the state police headquarters following the meetings. Full text
